University of Connecticut Wheelchair User Survey

The University of Connecticut is requesting help from wheelchair users. They are conducting
research on wheelchair user’s opinions pertaining to wheelchair technology and services.

The survey is about 40 questions, takes 10 minutes to complete, and includes a chance to win a $50 Amazon.com gift card. Your participation in this survey will directly contribute to an increased awareness of problems faced by wheelchair users.
