Join Us for the Summit for an unprecedented opportunity to hear and learn from the region’s leaders in health care.

Changes in health care services available to suburban dwellers with disabilities have been fueled by a myriad of funding issues, increased number of uninsured individuals, lack of adequate transportation infrastructure, shrinking dollars and rising health care costs. Persons with disabilities are faced with a New Suburbia where readily available quality health care services may have an uncertain future. Join us to discuss the changing face of healthcare in our suburbs.

Post Summit Awards Ceremony & Reception- Meet the speakers and network with colleagues and Summit attendees.
Awards ceremony, refreshments and hors d’oeuvres reception will immediately follow at Hofstra’s University Club. For a $50 donation, guests will have the opportunity to meet our distinguished speakers and extend the discussion with colleagues and fellow attendees.

The reception will feature a variety of beverages, accompanied by hors d’oeuvre. Reservations are required.
