EZ Lite Cruiser provides a line of their own unique light weight and foldable electric power wheelchairs. EZ Lite Cruiser travel power wheelchairs are made of a light weight yet durable aluminum alloy frame which makes them weigh between 44 to 58 pounds, but they can support passengers up to 330 pounds. They are powered by light weight lithium batteries (LiFePO4) which are rated up to 1000 power cycles and allow a driving range of between 10 to 12 miles on a full charge.

The best part of the EZ Lite Cruiser line is how simple and quick it is to fold and unfold the chairs. Fold and store it in the trunk of your car, on a bus, train, airplane with easy and convenience. Unfolding is just as easy and takes literally a few seconds. When folded, the chairs can stand up vertically for easy holding to lift them. You no longer need an expensive lift on your car, nor do you need a van simply for the need of transporting your power wheelchair. With the EZ Lite Cruiser, you simply fold it and store it in virtually any vehicle.

Spinal Cord Injury

Spinal cord injury can result in paralysis of the muscles used for breathing; paralysis and/or loss of feeling in all or some of the trunk, arms, and legs; weakness; numbness; loss of bowel and bladder control; and numerous secondary conditions including respiratory problems, pressure sores, and sometimes fatal spikes in blood pressure. Approximately 12,000 new spinal cord injuries occur in the U.S. each year. A majority of injuries occur from motor vehicle accidents, falls, work-related accidents, sports injuries, and penetrations such as stab or gunshot wounds.
