United Spinal Association Membership

For the first time, United Spinal is opening its membership to everyone, with or without a spinal cord injury or disorder (SCI/D). Through our new Associate Member program, we’re welcoming anyone with an interest or a stake in helping to enhance the lives of people with SCI/D.
Our Associate Member program is aggressively recruiting family members, caregivers, friends, spouses, interested lay persons, and others involved personally or professionally with individuals who are living with SCI/D.
We ask only two things:
Genuine concern and a nominal $25 annual donation.
Your gift will help us to sustain and develop new project initiatives such as:

  • Educational programs and workshops on life with SCI/D.
  • Critical advances in SCI/D research.
  • An important new Peer Mentoring program.
  • National advocacy campaigns to reform policies affecting people with disabilities.
  • Adaptive sports and recreation clinics for adults and children with SCI/D.
  • New publications and material focusing on issues affecting people with disabilities.
  • Actively helping to enforce the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Your membership donation entitles you to:

  • United Spinal Today, our informative and timely new monthly e-newsletter.
  • ABLE to Travel, the most knowledgeable and sophisticated travel service available today.
  • The American Drivers Alliance’s National Roadside Assistance program, which is offering a 14-month service plan at the 12-month fee.
