United Spinal’s Kids Sports Spectacular is a non-competitive event where every child is a winner and everyone benefits from the experience.

Kids who are wheelchair users and their family members have an opportunity to spend a day participating in events and activities that are not only fun but also educational. For many of these children KSS is their first exposure to wheelchair sports and recreational activities.

KSS activities not only offer kids an opportunity to make new friends and experience the joys of childhood, they also teach kids important life skills such as teamwork, respect for others, commitment, and sharing. KSS guest motivational speakers conduct sessions that are specifically designed for children and that promote achievement and foster self esteem. In all, KSS helps to make a child’s world a larger place.
