Upcoming Events

2009 National Disability Leadership and Policy Summit. Now that's a mouthful! This free event certainly lives up to it. Join us for an opportunity to hear and learn from the region’s leaders in health care. Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY - June 03, 2009.

Independence Expo New York. A consumer experience for people with disabilities and aging Americans that promotes Active Living for All. Exhibits, consumer workshops, prizes, at no cost with pre-registration. You can even bring some friends or family members along on us.

What's New?

Spinal Network Resource Book For Wheelchair Users. We teamed with New Mobility on this essential resource for making important life choices after spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, post-polio syndrome, amputation, ALS and other conditions. It's hot off the press!

MS Scene is online. Formerly Multiple Sclerosis Quarterly Report Online, it has a fresh face and a new and easier to navigate layout. MS Scene will be offering up articles on a broader array of Multiple Sclerosis subjects than ever before.

Our new Accessible Air Travel publication is out. The revised edition includes expanded regulations for the Air Carrier Access Act that took affect on May 13, 2009.
