I feel really stupid but I didn't understand the instructions on the spam trap. I thought you meant to put the numbers numbers 8 and 1 in the box. Perhaps you could say, "add 8 and 1 together and put the sum of the numbers in the box." That would help people like me who misunderstand the instructions.

In any event, do you have any book(s) or video(s) or DVD(s) or whatever for people like me who can't attend your classes?

Thank you!

Gary,
I realize this article was done back in 2006. But did you develop and get approval for this program. If not, is there a website I might be able to go to. As an ab, i did Tai Chi for many years and would love to be able to do this in my chair.
thank you

Will this program work for spinal cord injury T-5,6? My husband usually needs to have an elbow on the arm of his wheel chair as he has no torso control. He is learning how to play chair volley ball at an adaptive gym in a community gym, but was looking for something he could do at home when he can't get to the gym.

I also have pretty depleted myself, having worked through two major surgeries, and now have fibromyalgia which prohibits any prolonged movement. any access to info through the web re the chair exercises?
