		<description>Kelly is right.  Most concept wheelchairs never make it to market even if they receive National Institute of Health funding.  Besides funding it takes intestinal fortitude to navigate through the testing and govt regulations regarding to Medicare/caid.  This has been our experience as a small business manufacturing plastic wheelchairs (in the USA!).</description>
