The fiscal year at United Spinal Association runs from July 1 to June 30. Therefore, during the preceding months, we must be continually thinking about budget and strategic planning no matter what program and extracurricular activities—i.e., meetings, panels, and events we are invited to participate in because of our experience, expertise and mission—that we are involved in.
