The state’s budget-writing committee helped Wisconsin’s university and technical college systems by covering part of the cost of giving veterans free tuition, but also hurt some veterans by limiting the benefit in various ways.

The limitations approved by the Joint Finance Committee last week:…

    The Boston Globe. 10-25-07

The Boston Globe blog prints everyone of my letters. Some of the readers respond by calling me a “commie” or worse. That is ok! I publish my name, address and phone # because (I served as a United States Marine) and (as the NH Union Leader “hypocrites” prints every day on their front page “There is nothing so powerful as the truth”), I gave to protect and defend our Constitution. The Union Leader censors my letters as do all the other NH newspapers. My Fox 25 Boston does not belief that the Opinion of a 100% service connected disabled Marine is worth printing in their blog. There can be no question that my letters are the truth because I have written hundreds and not any person mentioned in them denies the truth. I send each judge and government officials every letter as I do each news paper and blog.
The NH Veterans Director Mark Levenston stopped my VA medical for political self gain. This is a pretty harsh statement but it is true. NH Congresswoman Shea-Porter filed false police reports to get me arrested. The Dover and Lee NH police refuse to let me file a police complaint against her Dover Police file 7002-942. Shea-Porter’ then uses her trusted government powers to have a VA Dr file a commitment order with no merit to have my freedom taken. These are strong statements but I can put them in writing because they are true. I have filed papers with ethics board and other safe guards only to be ignored.
The NH governor uses the State police to harass my wife at work and home. A NH judge (Peter Fauver)uses the courts to protect other government officials by criminally violating the Law. The NH Supreme Court refuses to accept a case that questions the integrity of the courts NHSC case 2003-0477. (Just look at the Real estate Rape case. A judge refuse to allow evidence that would clear the defendant, yet allows prosecution evidence on the same facts from the prosecution’s biased point of view the NH supreme court said this was legal). (Look at the “Tax evaders Brown case. A judge allowed prosecution evidence yet bared the Brown’s from presenting evidence that no law existed on this particular tax). I filed just such a case NHSC 2003-0477 as a volunteer helping a Madbury NH family. Where does a citizen go when all means of redress have failed.
You would thing that the Boston Globe would read their own blogs and have a reporter at my door. United States citizens are afraid to speak out, for fear of government retribution. You would think that every United States citizen whom read my letters would be so outraged hell would freeze over. The government has so tarnished my character in the public eye I have no creditability left.
I volunteer every day, even since this case started in 1999. I volunteer because I came back alive and I should not have. You can call me what you want but what I am doing, I am doing for our country. Someone must speak up when government officials attempt to diminish our rights. I was injured three times during my MC tour. Twice in separate combat support mission during the Vietnam Conflict. I killed other human beings to protect even the people that call me names. My letters are published in the Globe Blog but this case reeks of disrespect the United States is showing to every Veteran Past, Present and Future.
